How it works:
-

adult chaperone information
While we’d love to bring many adults, space is limited. Therefore, we are asking that only adult youth leaders who are 23 years of age or older by June 28, 2026, and who consistently serve in their local church’s youth ministry, apply to attend as adult leaders.

Final approval for adult participants will be made by the church’s youth leader or pastor, in coordination with SWO NYI District leadership. If a church does not currently have active youth ministry volunteers, parent helpers may be considered, provided they are approved by the church’s youth leader or senior pastor.
